As a Supervisor for the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for alteration, maintenance and repair of all equipment and manufacturing systems. You will supervise a team of 9 Process Maintenance mechanics and additional contractors to support the daily maintenance activities.

Your accountabilities will be:

• Supervising direct reports.

• Troubleshooting problems with equipment and systems

• Planning and preparing schedules for preventative and corrective maintenance and ensuring that assigned deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget

• Directing major maintenance activities

• Tracking work orders, PMs and backlog.

• Collaborating with Global Engineering on projects that affect maintenance and communicating across department lines.

• Generating SOPs and procedures as required

QualificationsKnowledge and Skills:


• Solid managerial skills and experience

• Strong English oral and written communication skills

• Practical knowledge of GMPs and working in a GMP manufacturing environment

• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance concepts.

• Preferably knowledge from the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry

You have the ability to work in a dynamic work environment. You are serviceminded and a good team player who pays attention to details. You take responsibility and are results orientated.
EducationYou have preferably a Bachelor/Master’s degree (technical degree) with +4 years of supervisor experience.
